I work with and help drive sales by working closely with your sales department and negotiating better credit limits for your customers. I ensure that there is a proper credit policy in place and that you stay compliant with all of the trade/credit regulations in your respective industry.

I worked with Christy for 7 years during which I was director of sales at Cervélo Cycles and later retained ICS to support the entry of Recon Instruments, Inc. into the specialty bicycle market. ICS did a fantastic job in both cases. At Cervélo, our DSO numbers were significantly better than industry average and were better than budget business plan every year. Our default ratio was way below industry average during a period of significant industry consolidation. Both these metrics were directly attributable to ICS’s work.
